Below are details on Course attendance, the use of our online platform and cancellation / postponement items. By accessing or purchasing any online / blended course on this website / through direct payment methods, you agree to the Course Terms & Conditions below:
Absenteeism
If a student is absent on the scheduled course day, they are allowed one opportunity to attend a future session, provided they submit valid supporting evidence for the absence. Failure to attend the rescheduled course will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
Additional Students
Any additional students attending the course (not pre-booked) will be invoiced after the session. Please note that the "maximum number of students to instructor ratio on a CPR / BLS course is 9 students to 1 instructor.
As stipulated by accreditation regulations and training guidelines of the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa. For First aid related course the ratio is 15 students to 1 instructor as per the skills program QCTO curriculum documents.
Assessment Rewrites
Students are allowed one free rewrite on the next scheduled course. If they fail to attend, rebooking fees may apply. If no upcoming course is scheduled, students are responsible for making their own arrangements to reattend the training / rewrite.
Certification Requirements
Students must successfully complete and pass all course assessments to be eligible for certification. Including 100% attendance.

Online course PDF Manuals and training materials
Training
materials are licensed to a single learner. PDFs or hard copy materials may not be shared, copied or printed for
others, uploaded, or distributed by any means what-so-ever.
Student Information & Certificate Reissues
Student details are confirmed in person
during the course or may be received from the course organizer digitally before the course. If incorrect information is provided and a replacement
certificate is required, a R150.00 re-issue fee applies, excluding any related
courier fees. Only basic information is required and retained for certificate
validity period.
Videos
Course videos may not be downloaded, recorded, screen-shared, or presented in group settings. CPR2Day reserves the right to suspend access for license violations

Full payment for all students is required prior to confirm booking and certificate release. By accessing or purchasing any online / blended course on this website / through direct payment methods, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below:
1. DEFINITIONS
- “CPR2Day”, “we”, “our” – CPR2Day (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African training provider.
- “Client”, “you”, “user” – an individual or organization purchasing or accessing a course.
- “Learner” or "Student" – an individual assigned a single license to access a course.
- “Course” – all online training modules, videos, PDFs, assessments, and digital materials.
- “License” – a single-user access right to a course.
2. COURSE ACCESS (Digital or in person)
2.1 Purchasing a course gives physical access to attend a session and / or digital access (If applicable to online courses) , not ownership.
2.2 All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of CPR2Day.
2.3 Each license is for one learner only.
2.4 Group viewing, internal training, copying, or redistribution of any material is not permitted.
3. SINGLE USER LICENCE (IMPORTANT)
3.1 One license may be used by one learner only.
3.2 Login details may not be shared or transferred.
3.3 No group viewings, staff-room screenings, or public display of course materials.
3.4 No downloading, screen-recording, copying, or sharing of any content.
3.5 CPR2Day may suspend or terminate access without refund if terms are violated.
4. CORPORATE CLIENT RULES
4.1 Each staff member requires their own license.
4.2 Corporate users may not use CPR2Day materials to conduct internal training.
4.3 Materials may not be printed, shared, or uploaded to internal systems.
4.4 The client is responsible for staff compliance.
5. PAYMENTS, POSTPONEMENTS & REFUNDS
5.1 All sales are final in the case of online / blended courses. Because access is digital, no refunds are offered unless required by law.
5.2 CPR2Day is not responsible for technical issues caused by devices, networks, or firewalls.
5.3 Access to online or blended courses may be suspended for breach of terms or for unpaid corporate invoices.
5.4 If an in person course / in person practical session is postponed / cancelled within 72 hours before the scheduled start time a R1000.00 penalty fee will apply for late postponement / cancellation.
5.5 If there is a cancellation for attendance on the public course within 72 hours before the scheduled start time the, as the course places are limited and are reserved in advance a 100% course fee penalty will apply.
5.6 If there is a postponement for attendance on a public course within 72 hours before the scheduled start time a 50% rebooking penalty may apply - dependent on reasonable postponement reasons this may be waived. For example being too sick to attend a course.
5.7 Refunds for public or private courses are discretionary and are dependent on the postponement / cancellation reason and as per the terms stipulated above.
6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
6.1 CPR2Day provides training for educational purposes only.
6.2 CPR2Day is not responsible for outcomes in real-life emergencies.
6.3 CPR2Day is not liable for injury or incorrect use of CPR of First Aid skills.
6.4 The client acknowledges physical and medical risks inherent in CPR and First aid.
